Even if you’re not marketing information products, building a list is a powerful way of doing things. You’re selling an opportunity to 75% of the people, right? Maybe what you want to do is start a list geared toward network marketing with a cool idea.

He videotaped and interviewed a whole bucket load of highly successful marketers in the joint venture arena. What happened in the process was that Sterling made relationships with a lot of high-level marketers, but he also, on the front end, buildt a list of subscribers–of people who are interested in joint ventures. He walked away with it by having a product that he put out there and made a lot of money.
He walked away with a list and a Rolodex of everyone he worked with. He worked with 70 people and he built his business in 90 days. He built a massive, super-powerful business in 90 days because he had a cool idea.
