They’re gonna hate me for this…

I can feel the loathing and spite seeping through the pixels in my LCD already. There’s a battle going on as I type this, one that’s costing American Businesses Millions if not Billions of dollars per year.

The cause?

The US Government, as well as the ISP’s… The effect?

It’s nearly impossible to get good email deliverability on your own these days. It can be so difficult to get an email deliverability rate over a paltry 60% that most businesses are hijacked into paying a premium for list hosting with an email service provider.

See, big email service providers like iContact, Constant Contact, AWeber, and MailChimp have the resources to fight for their deliverability, often using the same exact tactics legitimately that spammers use illegally to improve thier deliverability. I uncovered this newsworthy little deliverability turf war recently, but as the greater IT community knows, it’s been raging for at least the past decade…

The public face of this deliverability war is that of “Government VS. SPAMMERS” – and when you frame what’s going on with that particular set of beer goggles everything looks hunky dory.

“Good, the SPAMMERS are bad and unethical and what they do is illegal, they should be stopped…” But at what cost?

Now, I’m not here to defend any spammers, far from it. I’ll be the first to block and report an unsolicited marketing email. But the reality is that the environment we’re creating on the email delivery landscape is drastically different from how it used to be. Now, if you want 95% deliverability or higher, you generally have to pay through the nose to get it or become a deliverability expert in your spare time.

Legitimate email marketers and entrepreneurs are being treated as SPAMMERS, and these regulations are destroying opportunities to run a truly DIY business online… We’re being forced into the arms of a “deliverability improvement” industry that by all rights shouldn’t exist. In the coming decade, I expect the deliverability issue to come to a head, and when it does I seriously hope that the public is made aware of the cost these regulations and impositions by the ISP’s have on struggling small businesses who need their email deliverability in order to survive. But what I’d like to know is where does the idea of free speech enter into all of this? If your emails are being blocked unjustly, isn’t that just censorship by a different name? It’s enough to make you want to call into a radio station and rant (or write a surly opinion piece)…

The tragedy here is that at the end of the day, I’ll roll over on this issue of deliverability because I don’t have the time, energy or support to fight this thing on a higher level. Thankfully, if you know the right services to use you can still get paid to send email (without sweating your deliverability or getting hijacked with huge fees). The video below will show you how you can get started quickly, profitably, and with A+ deliverability even on a budget of less than $50 per month…

Going on vacation?

I hope so, because oddly enough a vacation is a great time to make hands free cash for your business using your Automatic Responder. I’m going to outline a great way to use your automatic responder to drive sales for you while you’re off enjoying an ocean breeze or taking in an exotic festival:

Automatic Responder Vacation Strategy:

First, you’ll want to think up a good “sale” or promotion that you can run for a week or two. You want to be able to schedule all your emails into your automatic responder so they go out automatically while you’re away, so a little prior planning goes a long way.

Next, you’ll need to make sure that all the pages, emails, and links you need are ready to go, so you can simply copy and paste your emails into your automatic responder and schedule them in to send out while you’re gone…

Finally, you’ll want to make sure that you’ve got customer support available while you’re away, and if you usually do all your own support, you can easily outsource your support to a help desk for while you’re gone.

The only thing left to do is to think about how you can tie your vacation into your promotion. You might even level with your prospects, and tell them that you’ve scheduled a special “Vacation Promotion” into your automatic responder for while you’re soaking up the sun and hatching plans for a new product or service…

Whatever email series you decide to load up in your automatic responder, make sure you don’t completely unplug while you’re on vacation. I hate to be the guy who tells you not to relax on vacation, but plan on putting in at least a half hour per day to check in with your automatic responder series and evaluate the effectiveness of the promotion.

Worst case scenario, you’ll notice that the automatic responder emails you queued up to be sent aren’t working as well as you’d hoped, or that your promotion as a whole is bombing. That will let you know that you need to take a day to straighten things out before you soak up any more sun. Best case scenario, you watch every day as your vacation is paid for plus some by your automatic responder series…

If you’d love to go on “Automatic Responder Vacation” but haven’t cracked the code to making money from email yet, then this free video will make your jaw drop:

You could probably be a lot more profitable…

I’m guessing you you already make money from your automatic responder (autoresponder), but I’d be willing to wager that you could be making more just by using it a little differently…

Your automatic responder has the power and flexibility to do almost all of the marketing legwork for you, but if you’re not capitalizing on it’s most lucrative feature’s then you’re losing money. Sorry to be blunt, but it’s true.

Here are the three biggest mistakes people make with their automatic responder, along with simple remedies to increase profits dramatically:

Automatic Responder Mistake #1: The Robotic Dead Ear: When you mail out to your list, chances are a handful of people write back to you. Some will want to be unsubscribed, but don’t know how to unsubscribe themselves, others will be genuinely interested prospects looking for more information.

What a lot of marketers and business owners do is hide behind a boilerplate “I’m out of the office” automatic responder message. That’s fine to do if you get a large volume of replies each day, but make sure you level with people. Tell them in your automatic responder message that you get a lot of email at this address, and then give them a better way to get in touch with your company such as a help desk, a customer support phone number or a livechat support URL. If you can possibly reply personally to all or most of the email you get after each broadcast from your automatic responder you should. You’ll quickly see that you’re keeping your customers longer, keeping them happier, and finding more of them who might have been turned off by a robotic automatic responder reply.

Automatic Responder Mistake #2: The Broken Record: Depending on which automatic responder you choose to use, you may have a whole lot of options for scheduling in broadcasts, but make sure to separate out anyone who buys the product you’re selling, so they don’t keep getting offers for it after they’ve bought.

When you separate the buyers out, you’re also building a “buyers list” in your automatic responder, and you know that they’ll be much more likely to spend money with you in the future. Protect that list! It’s more than a spreadsheet inside your automatic responder, it’s a gold mine of future profit.

Automatic Responder Mistake #3: The Forgetful List: After people sign up for your list, there’s practically a ticking clock on their value to you. If you don’t communicate immediately, and frequently with your list, they run the risk of forgetting you, losing interest, or even getting upset later on if they don’t remember signing up for your list in the first place… Stay in front of them, keep yourself in their inbox and in their minds.

I advise sending an email broadcast to your list using your automatic responder at least once a week, but preferably 3-5 times. Irregular mailing schedules don’t just throw off your prospects, they can also damage the email deliverability rates you get with your automatic responder. Your automatic responder can do a lot of sophisticated things for you and your business. If you can manage to avoid these three mistakes, you’ll automatically be in a better position to succeed.

MLM lead generation can leave you feeling like a warrior trapped in an iron suit of armor, riding a horse made of lead against a tide of teeming hordes…with no help in sight. Day after day, “trying to get more MLM leads” can feel like a losing battle, and no wonder…

You have to get new MLM leads constantly or you die

You only have so much money to sink into MLM lead generation

You slog it out, day after day, but it’s like pulling teeth

You see the guys around you all losing the same battle

You feel like a “one man army” against thousands

Sheesh. It’s enough to make you want to throw in your sword and javelin and give up the MLM lead fight forever, right?

Well, don’t give up just yet. There may be a way to beat the MLM lead game yet – by creating an MLM lead generation “machine” that keeps generating leads (good leads, not duds) day after day…and it doesn’t have to cost you anything per lead. You just need to use your brain instead of your pocketbook.

What you need to do is stop thinking of MLM lead generation as “get another batch of leads in today” and start thinking of MLM lead generation as just one piece in a much larger battle strategy.

In “The Art of War” it is said that a battle can be won before it’s even started…by creating hundreds of inroads and allies in the kingdom beforehand, rather than going straight for a “frontal assault.” If you apply this kind of thinking to MLM lead generation, you can see that creating inroads and allies in a strategic manner could win this battle for you secretly, without having to be on the front lines constantly.

Here are 3 (of many) secret strategies you could use to build a battalion of MLM lead creation machines throughout the internet kingdom, and be generating MLM leads every day on autopilot.

MLM Lead Secret Battle Strategy #1: Blog and Squeeze.

You can start a blog for free, about say, MLM strategies or some other topics related to making money from home (something that targets your MLM lead market) and create MLM leads all day. How? By putting an optin or “squeeze” on your blog. If you’re blog posts are good, you’ll get targeted leads signing themselves up to learn more every day.

MLM Lead Secret Battle Strategy #2: Articles That Last Forever.

I know, I know: “driving traffic with articles” can seem like “boring” topic. But how about if you could write 1 article a week (or a day), put it out to the article directories with a link driving back to your MLM lead squeeze page, and get multiple MLM leads opting in on autopilot a day? Now that’s exciting. And when you realize that any article you put out there could be circulating the internet, driving MLM lead creation for you, day after day FOREVER (or as long as the internet lasts)…then, it gets really exciting.

MLM Lead Secret Battle Strategy #3: Warm Up Your Leads Automatically.

There’s nothing more daunting than trying to “sell” ice cold leads on MLM…yet that is what tons of people try to do with their MLM leads every day. What if you never had to talk to ice cold MLM leads again?

Here’s the strategy. You do your initial MLM lead gathering as shown in strategy 1 and 2. Then, instead of hitting your MLM leads with your pitch immediately, you “warm them up” first by getting to know them and becoming friends. Now, of course you don’t have time to become friends with and “get to know” hundreds of MLM leads a day, do you?

However, your autoresponder does. “My what?” If you don’t know what an email autoresponder is, and you’re in the MLM lead business, you need to get up to speed on it fast. An autoresponder allows you to begin a personal conversation the minute a new MLM lead joins your list, and continue that conversation – daily, if you want. It allows you to talk to every MLM lead “in person” and then, only after creating a trusting relationship, to approach them with your offer, either by email or phone call.

Imagine how much easier your life would be if you were:

. Getting MLM leads in everyday on autopilot, then

. Helping them get to know you with an autoresponder

…before you even approached them in person. If you’re not sure how to do some of the things above, like put an optin on your blog or write to a growing MLM lead list so that they warm up to you, just click the link below and I can help you get started.

Important! Don’t waste time and money learning this from anyone but the best. Get started using the new internet strategy for MLM lead generation today at http://www.listbuilding.com/moreleads

Take it from someone who makes upwards of 3 million a year sending messages out through an email autoresponder: your email autoresponder you have can make you lots of money.

But is it really safe to use your email autoresponder to make money online?

Well, that depends. If you break any of the “cardinal rules” below, your email autoresponder can get you into lots of trouble – and even prevent you from being able to send out emails anymore!

Getting “blacklisted” is no fun.

So pay close attention and make sure you are not breaking any of the following “cardinal rules” for email autoresponders below:

Email Autoresponder Cardinal Rule #1: Don’t send spam on purpose.

Never send a message through your email autoresponder to someone who hasn’t opted in to your list themselves, and thereby requested information from you, especially if you don’t have an unsubscribe link at the bottom of your email.

Sending emails through an emails autoresponder with no unsubscribe link will officially qualify you as “spam” and you will get banned.

Although you can, technically, send someone a message advertisement thorough an email autoresponder unsolicited (as long as you have a working “unsubscribe link,”) I would not suggest doing that. First of all, you don’t get very good results that way, and second of all, you can still get “flagged” as spam. It’s just a bad idea.

Email Autoresponder Cardinal Rule #2: Don’t send spam accidentally.

How can you send spam accidentally through your email autoresponder? There are a few ways, but two of the common mistakes happen when you break Cardinal Rule 1 or Cardinal Rule 2.

You can accidentally be sending spam through your autoresponder if you don’t include a proper working “unsubscribe” link (so people can easily unsubscribe from your email autoresponder) at the bottom of every email.

You can also get in trouble by putting people’s email addresses into your email autoresponder yourself, and here’s the funny part – even if they requested that you do, you’re emails can still qualify as spam! See Rule #3 below to see why.

Email Autoresponder Cardinal Rule #3: Don’t put people into your autoresponder yourself.

One of the things that people sometimes think they can do when they are starting to use an email autoresponder is to put the email addresses of friends into their email autoresponder…or take lists of hand written names they have collected on a list (think musicians at a show with a “sign up for my mailing list”) in to their email autoresponder.

But this isn’t really true. If you get email addresses yourself, even if you’ve collected them from people who want you to email them information, and put them in your email autoresponder, that is still not considered legitimate and you can get into trouble.

The only truly “safe” way to get more people on your mailing list in your email autoresponder is to have people opt THEMSELVES in.

And, the most 100% squeaky-clean way to have people opt themselves in to receive emails from you is actually the confirmed “double optin” process (you may have seen this yourself when you were asked to confirm your subscription by clicking a link in an email).

The consequences of sending out improperly from an email autoresponder can be severe, and damaging to your future as an online marketer – including getting “blacklisted” for sending emails the wrong way.

So be sure you are not breaking any of the rules above, and use a good optin or squeeze page to collect your names and emails. To be sure you are doing it properly (and to learn how to build an easy optin process that will collect the most emails while remaining totally legal) just click the link below and I’ll help you get started today.

Do you use an email autoresponder to send emails that contain offers or advertising materials to your subscribers? Or, do you use your email autoresponder to communicate with a list of followers who need to stay updated on events or classes?

Either way, if you’re not sure what your emails are saying about you, you need to find out – because it’s making the difference in whether people open, read, or trash the emails you send them through your email autoresponder. And if people pare trashing and not opening or reading your emails, it’s costing you time and money.

There are many different ways to come across in your emails. An email autoresponder is simply a tool; an email is really an empty slate for you to write on. And that’s where the danger lies; there’s far too many opportunities to “mess up” when writing emails to go out through an email autoresponder.

The emails that I send through my email autoresponder make me 3-5 million dollars an year; and they may look simple, but there’s a huge amount of art, science, and testing behind them. We don’t send an email out that doesn’t get rigorously recorded (for clicks and opens inside the email autoresponder) and compared to be sure it performs well.

Now, all this talk about “rigor and science” is a little misleading, and here’s why.

Some of my top performing emails of all time are actually the most “unprofessional” and casual, fun-sounding emails you’ve probably ever seen come out of an email autoresponder.

Here’s an example of an email that did really well for me:
___________________________________

SUBJECT: oooooooooooooooooooooooh!

[FIRSTNAME],

Check It!

==> LINK

– Tellman
___________________________________

Now, what does that email “say” about me, if we assume you don’t know anything about me to start with?

First of all, the subject line gives no indication I am trying to “sell” you something. Neither does the body. What I want to convey with this message from my email autoresponder is that I am a friend, or at least someone familiar, and that I have something interesting for you to look at. I achieve that 3 ways with the structure of the email:

. The subject line is totally unprofessional looking and is not capitalized
. The email starts off with {firstname} which allows me to use the function in my email autoresponder to make sure it will address the reader by first name.
. The email is short and gets right to the point, and doesn’t try to explain anything.

In other words, my email says I am a friend.

Now, here’s the problem with most of the emails that get sent out through email autoresponders for business, promotional or professional purposes: They look like business emails. And who, given the choice, really wants to open a business email sent through an email autoresponder? Given the choice between that and a friend’s quick email, which would you open first? A friend’s email, right?

The truth is, no one really wants to read a “professional” email about business matters, because it’s boring and sounds like work.

What do your messages in your email autoresponder say about you?

Do they say “I’m a friend, and I have something cool to tell you?”

Or do they say “I’m a business, and I have an important message?”

What sounds more fun? In email autoresponders and in “real life,” people are much more likely to listen – and respond – to someone that sounds fun and friendly than someone who’s got work for you to do.

I made a bet, when I started writing emails 5 years ago, that the above would hold true. And it has. Remember when I said I make 3-5 million a year sending out through my email autoresponder? The emails that made me the most weren’t business emails. They were FUN emails. But how exactly do I write fun emails that also sell? Click on the link below to find out.

Have you heard people talking about an email autoresponder, or using an email autoresponder in their business, and started to wonder if maybe you’re missing out by not having one? Is it really worth the fee?

Answer these 10 questions to find out whether you need an email autoresponder or not.

Email Autoresponder Test Question #1:

Do you find yourself spending hours putting names and emails in to send out messages or promotions for your business? Of so, an email autoresponder can send to everyone automatically and save time.

Email Autoresponder Test Question #2:

Do you want to start an online business in the future (or now)? For an online business such as mine, that sends out hundreds of thousands of emails a day (and brings in millions of dollars a year) you definitely need an email autoresponder.

Email Autoresponder Test Question #3:

Do you have an offline business that could benefit from online advertising? Most people think of online advertising as consisting of a website or banner ads, but an email autoresponder can bring in more money than either of those.

Email Autoresponder Test Question #4:

Would you like to be able to schedule emails so that they go out at certain times, without you having to do anything? Your can load up an email autoresponder to do this for you, as well as sending to more than one person at once.

Email Autoresponder Test Question #5:

Do you ever have events or classes that would benefit from more attendance? If you have an email autoresponder, you can load it up so that people will get a series of email reminders about events or classes, thus boosting your attendance without creating extra work for you.

Email Autoresponder Test Question #6:

Do you have a website that offers a product or service, but would like to make more from each sale? Using an email autoresponder is one way to follow up with customers who buy once, and sell them more products or services on an ongoing basis.

Email Autoresponder Test Question #7:

Do you teach online classes, or sell online educational materials? You can actually deliver your lessons or other learning materials by email rather than website. This lets your students receive “timed” classes or lessons, rather than all at once.

Email Autoresponder Test Question #8:

Are you tired of seeing traffic come to your website, then seeing it leave without buying anything? One of the best reasons to have an email autoresponder is to collect the names and emails of visitors, then follow up with them later.

Email Autoresponder Test Question #9:

Would you like to be able to sell products or services online while you sleep or go on vacation? This is actually something that I do all the time using my email autoresponder – because of it’s ability to send emails that make money for me even when I’m “not looking.”

If you’ve answered any of these questions “yes” and would like to take the next step and learn how to use an email autoresponder to send out messages that will make money for you even when you’re “not looking” just click the link below.

Traffic.

If you’re like about 100,000 other newbie marketers this year, you probably want more of it. But trafic generation isn’t something that comes naturally to pretty much anyone. That’s why people end up wasting thousands upon thousands for “SEO Consultants” “PPC Campaigns” “Trafic Generation Services” and courses that show you how to do it all…

But I’ve got three free trafic generation tactics you can roll out without spending a single red cent… Before we go any further, I want to make sure that you’ll use these trafic generation tactics to grow your list, not just attempt to make sales.

Why?

Because when you build a list, you’ve got a real asset. And who knows, maybe your trafic generation efforts won’t yield many sales – you might as well build a list that you can sell other things to if your current promotion goes sour…

I work at Overcome Everything Inc. and my boss Tellman taught me a thing or two about trafic generation for List Building… I’m about to share some company secrets that you won’t find anywhere else:

Trafic Generation Tip #1: Use email-swaps to get hands-free traffic. This trafic generation tip is pretty easy to understand: Simply put, you add an email to your autoresponder for an affiliate, and in return they add one to their autoresponder for your offer. That gives each of you a constant stream of fresh, responsive traffic.

Trafic Generation Tip #2: Guest Blogging. Most bloggers (especially up-and comers or smaller fish) will jump at the chance to have other people write their content for free. Simply write a post for another blogger, and make sure to include a quick bio with a link back to your site. You’ll automatically tap into a whole new audience.

Trafic Generation Tip #3: Be the most interesting guy on the block. This is a tip for any kind of marketing you do, whether it’s a trafic generation campaign with paid ads or an email marketing promotion, or even an article or blog post like this. Whatever you do, try to stand out from the crowd, and you’ll magnetize traffic to you like magic…

Trafic generation can be difficult at first, but one of the cool things you’ll quickly discover about list building and email marketing is that all of the hard work you put into getting traffic really can pay off bigtime. Eventually, if you get the right information, you really can set up a business where you simply send email, and make money. If you’re ready to get paid for sending email, hit this link now:

I’m here to turn you onto DRUGS.

Because DRUGS can make your business more profitable. DRUGS can also help you pull off guerilla marketing strategies that actually pay out instead of just “sounding cool.” DRUGS can also help you attract the right kind of traffic at the right time… if you use them right…

So, I’d like to give you DRUGS now… because I’m sure you’re foaming at the mouth in anticipation…

Here you go: DRUGS means: “Direct Response Ultimate Guerilla Strategy” ….*cue groans and boos for the bad pun.

Regardless, I had to get your attention, after all this is important. (It could easily spark a Guerilla Marketing campaign that takes your company from “startup” to the cover of Inc)…

Getting attention these days can be incredibly difficult if you’re relying on old ideas. Especially old ideas about Guerilla Marketing and so called “branding.” The old way of thinking was “do anything you can to get attention and increase ‘brand awareness’” which is the basic drive behind most Guerilla Marketing tactics you see in play these days. “There’s no such thing as bad publicity” right?

Wrong. Empty, fruitless publicity is as good as no publicity at all.

So, how do you pull off a successful guerilla marketing promotion without wasting time and energy? Build in a response mechanism. I’ll explain…

The best thing you could possibly do, is use your Guerilla Marketing event as a way to make immediate, direct sales. Short of that, you’ll want to build your list. The ultimate goal of your guerilla marketing strategy is to be able to look at either dollars in the bank, or email addresses on a list so you can gauge your guerilla marketing campaign and decide if it was a success or not. There are literally thousands of ways you can <<use Guerilla Marketing to get traffic>> but one way or another you’ve got to give people a way they can opt-in for your email list.

The more people you get on your list with guerilla marketing, the more money you make when you send promotional emails. And short of using your guerilla marketing strategy to make immediate sales, getting email addresses is like collecting little chunks of solid gold.

So, what are some “response mechanisms” you can use in your guerilla marketing campaigns? I’ve got three here to get your brain cranking:

Guerilla Marketing Response Device 1: Your website URL. if you redirect your main domain (www.yourdomain.com) to a squeeze page, you can capture names and emails by getting people to type in your URL and sign up online.

Guerilla Marketing Response Device 2: Twitter hashtags: Tell people to tweet #yourhashtag to their twitter feed, and you’ll contact everyone who tweeted that tag at the end of the day with directions on what to do.

Guerilla Marketing Response Device 3: Physical squeeze pamphlets. Print out a basic squeeze page with all the reasons to sign up, and a typed out URL where people can go to sign up. You can even do things the old fashioned way and pass around a sign up form with columns for name, email, cell phone, etc.

If you’re ready to stop wasting time, and start using DRUGS to make money, then you’ve got to see this video:

Let’s be real: We’ve all thought about it.

Heck, if you’re like me then maybe you even experimented with it in college… But for one reason or another, chances are you aren’t actually putting any Guerilla Marketing tactics to work for your business…

And why should you?

“Guerilla Marketing seems great and all, but you’ve got to be really creative right?”

“How will I know Guerilla Marketing will work for me?”

Rattle off any excuses you might have about avoiding Guerilla Marketing thus far, but after you read this you’ll have to come up with a whole new excuse. Why? Because I’m going to show you Three Insane Guerilla Marketing Tactics that you can do for dirt cheap, that don’t take a large investment of time, that you could probably set in motion on the way to work tomorrow… So if this doesn’t turn you into a Guerilla Marketing maniac I don’t know what will…

Guerilla Marketing Tactic One: Human Billboard: I saw this one in NYC; this controversial guerilla marketing idea makes for some highly talkative web-traffic: Pay a homeless person to hold a cardboard sign that reads: “yoursitename.com paid me $20 to wear this sign!” If you don’t want to approach a homeless person, I’d bet dollars to doughnuts you could pay any random twenty something to do the same job.

Guerilla Marketing Tactic Two: Helium Mini Blimps: Business cards are so last century. How about getting a few dozen helium balloons printed up with your website address and a cool free offer, then fill em up with helium, and then weight them down with paper clips and tape till they just hang in the air…

Take your guerilla marketing “mini-blimps” with you to an industry conference or event, or set them free somewhere with a lot of targeted foot traffic, and watch people become mesmerized by the flock of hovering balloons

Guerilla Marketing Tactic Three: Secret Notes: Leave postcard sized “notes” in targeted places that will attract the type of customer you’re looking for. Think Starbucks bathrooms, movie theatre seats, or slip them in magazines your audience might read next time you’re near a stack at the grocery store.

Now, a note from the angry little lawyer in my head, who says:

“Some or all of these guerilla marketing tactics could get you in trouble if you do them stupidly, so practice them wisely. Always use good judgement, don’t tick off other business owners with your guerilla marketing tactics if you can possibly help it, and follow the rules and laws applicable to you.”

There, now he’s much happier.

OK, so the real question is: Do you have the guts to go out there with off the wall guerilla marketing tactics and be outstanding for money?

Are you willing to bend the rules, think outside the box, and rattle peoples cages if it means you’ll end up the richer for it?
